How to buy my tickets online?
Today is a good day to start a trip, be it vacation, family or business visit. Do you already have everything to start your journey?
Start with the purchase of your tickets online, it is very easy, safe and fast, and here we explain how to do it:
Select where and when you want to travel
Enter any of our websites at: GrupoSenda.com , TransportesDelNorte.com.mx or Turimex.com . In the purchase panel you can select the origin, destination and date of your trip. You can also indicate if your trip will be simple (one way) or round (round trip). Then press 'Search trip' to see the available schedules.
1 Select the schedule
Indicate the time you want to travel. You can see travel time, estimated time of arrival and the number of stops each run has, in addition to the type of service and the price per ticket.
If your type of trip is round, you will also be shown the options for the day of your return. Select the time you want to travel, and press 'Continue' to see the available seats.
2 Choose your seat
Hall or window? Forward or backward? Select the seat you like best and indicate the passenger's name as well as the type of ticket you are going to purchase. Remember that tickets for student and senior citizen require you to present the valid credential at the time of boarding.
You can select up to 5 places indicating the name of each passenger. If you chose round trip you can also select the seats for the return trip. Press 'Continue' to see payment options
3 Confirm your trip details
Verify that your trip details are correct, enter an email (a) in which you will receive confirmation of your purchase and if you wish you can also send the purchase code to your cell phone in a text message (b).
4 Select your payment method and how to get your tickets
Select the payment method you will use (c). You can pay with your Visa or Master Card credit card, or if you prefer you can use PayPal to make payments by credit card, debit card or with your account balance.
Indicate how you want to receive your ticket (d). If you indicated 'Confirmation code' you will receive an email with the confirmation number. You must go to the box office with an ID to print your tickets before boarding. And if you select 'Download ticket' you will receive an email with which you can download your ticket to present it printed at the time of boarding. You can directly board the bus without going to the box office! Just remember that you will not be able to print the ticket at the box office.
For either option, you will need to present an official photo ID when boarding.
If you chose to pay by credit card, you can fill in your card details and proceed with the payment. Once the operation is complete, the confirmation will be displayed, which you will receive in your email. Remember that all data on your card is transmitted in a completely secure encrypted form.
If you indicated to pay with PayPal, you will be directed to the site of paypal.com, where you must log in with your username and password, or indicate the card details with which you wish to pay. Once your payment is confirmed you will be redirected to our site to show the purchase confirmation. It is very important that you return to this page to confirm your transaction and the tickets are sent to your email; never close the PayPal window during the payment process.
5 Board the bus
If you selected 'Download ticket' you just have to go directly to the bus with your printed ticket and board. If you chose 'Confirmation code' you need to show up at the box office to get your thermal card, and then board the bus.
